5/4/98  Canned Fish  Like Salmon
In a clean pint jar put:
3/4/teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons tomato juice
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons white vinegar   Shake well and add fillet of fish.
Pack well.
Process in pressure cooker 1 hour at 10 pounds.
